Custom-made State-of-the-art Machines
CPR is a manufacturer of condom dipping lines,
electronic testing machines for
piece-by-piece pinhole testing as well as lab equipment for the measurement
of burst volume and burst pressure of condoms and a lab machine for
the detection of pinholes as per international quality standards.
We also develop the software required for the statistical evaluation
of condom testing as well as for machine control and process data
storage. Furthermore, we design, develop and build turnkey condom
factories for our customers, including all the machines, production
know-how, and training programs required for the management and employees.
We deliver all the necessary documentation to support and facilitate
our customers in achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification. As you can
see from our reference list, CPR has supplied machines and know-how
to many well-known condom manufacturers.

Condom Dip-lines
We offer our basic model dip-line
that we continually improve based on our condom manufacturing
know-how. But we also build custom-made dip-lines when
our customers have special needs to fit their technology
or even to develop new technologies for them.

Electronic Testing Machines
Our machines are equipped for the
so-called "dry testing method" that offers some
advantages in comparison with the "wet testing method",
in detail:
- much less space requirement
- much less energy consumption
- less problems with microbiological burden on the condoms
We build this machine with
1 or 2 testing places. The machine can be connected with
automatic feeders to foiling machines.

Burst Volume and Pressure
Tester
This machine tests condoms according
to ISO 4074:2002.The condom is filled with air and, at
the moment of breakage of the condom, the machine measures
the volume filled in and the pressure achieved. We build
the machine with 1, 2, 3 or more testing places. The stations
are equipped with computers.
All the computers can be connected to a server, which
allows you to connect additional lab machines and to get
printed quality reports with statistical evaluations.

Saline Tester
This machine tests condoms for pinholes
according to ISO 4074:2002. The inside of the condoms
having been filled with conductive salt water, the condoms
are dipped into a saltwater basin. The voltage between the electrodes in the two saline solutions is then measured. The intact latex film of the condom is an insulator. If the
latex film has a hole, an electricity flow will be measured,
and the hole will thus be detected. The machine can test
10 condoms simultaneously, and its computer can be connected
to a network server.
