Foundation of BGLC Bangladesh as a joint venture between CPR and local partners. The goal of the company is to manufacture condoms for the local public and private sector,
as well as to export condoms to the neighboring countries.

Certification of CPR`s condom manufacturing facility in Sarstedt Germany according to ISO 9002:1994.


December 1990

Foundation of Unimil Poland as a joint venture between CPR and local partners. The goal of the company was to manufacture condoms for the Polish market as well as to export condoms to Eastern Europe. In 1996, after Unimil achieved
65% of the market share on the Polish market, CPR sold their shares before Unimil went public.


January 1990

Foundation of SICO Mexico as a joint venture between CPR and local partners. The goal of the company is to test and foil CPR`s "Made in Germany " condoms for the private Mexican market. In 2001, Sico Mexico had a share of the market
of 62 %.


December 1987

Foundation of CPR Produktions und Vertriebs GmbH in Sarstedt, Germany, as a trading company for condoms, gloves, and baby products, as well as a machine constructor for the rubber industry.
